17.02.20 |Sam Cooper organised the complete holiday and experiences that we wanted. We were a little apprehensive because of the worldwide problem of Coronavirus and the area we were travelling to. However we received excellent service when problems arose with homebound flights. Flights were cancelled and Sam managed to book seats on a flight from your end which reduced our anxiety while being out in the Far East. We were well prepared and well-read beforehand so knew which sights and experiences we wanted to do. It perhaps would be better to travel when there was not a viral epidemic, although this proved in our favour as many areas were very quiet particularly in Hong Kong.
