27.01.15 |On our recent multi-centre trip to Australia, RB Collection provided an excellent, friendly service from beginning to end. We particularly valued the very personal service offered by the team. Not being seasoned long-haul travellers and rarely moving from place to place on holiday, we were a little apprehensive about our travel and accommodation plans. We needn’t have worried as Alan and Nathan in particular secured and booked the necessary flights, transfers and accommodation.
They also showed us the range of trips available at each venue and booked for us those we chose to go on. Having finalised our arrangements, Alan then gave us a invaluable master itinerary to refer to as we went along. This came in a very useful, smart travel wallet and provided full chronological details of all flights, transfers, accommodation and trips along with addresses, telephones for use if necessary.
Everything went without a hitch and we had a great holiday. Thank you RB Collection.
