21.12.15 |RB are always helpful and all the staff give great advice, answering all my email questions and got us the restaurant we wanted for our birthday meal. They asked the hotel to look after us and an upgraded room resulted. Everything went without a hitch and we had a fantastic holiday.
We were welcomed at the destination airport and immediately given a small pack of information and shown to a taxi. The hotel was great we were upgraded. The food and all the staff are excellent. The staff were welcoming always smiling and forgiving of my lack of Spanish language skills.
The hotel was not crowded so going out of season is worth it. Playa Blanca is small but the hotel we stayed in had everything for a great time. We found the deluxe package worthwhile and the sea view good especially from the adults are upper floors.
