Airport Parking & Hotels
Why not take advantage of special rates for our clients by pre-booking your airport parking. If your flight is early why not stay at the airport the night before and include parking.
We highly recommend the meet and greet services which offer a swift, convenient way to get your holiday off to a hassle free start. You simply drive up to departures, drop off your car and keys and then it will be waiting for you when you return.
It is essential to arrange travel insurance from the date of booking your holiday. You may already have this included with your bank account or hold an annual policy. Please ensure it is still valid and covers you for the destination you are visiting and any activities you are planning on doing such as ski-ing, snowmobiling etc. There may be exclusions and it’s important to know the full details. If in doubt, call your insurance company and tell them your plans. Some policies also have a maximum amount they will cover, if you are investing a large amount in your next holiday experience then do check you have suitable cover. The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) publish up to date travel advice for travellers. We always recommend checking this before you travel so you are fully aware of any areas that it is not advised to travel to.

Some destinations require Covid tests to be taken prior to arrival and return to the UK. We can advise on requirements for your trip and refer you to test centres or services.
One of these is an online service from Randox. We have arranged a discount code for our clients to use their service and will provide it you with your final documents.
Your ATOL Certificate
If you are travelling on an ATOL protected holiday it is important to take a copy of your ATOL certificate with you.
If you have lost your certificate don;t panic, we can print or email you a new copy.
