Sam Cooper organised the complete holiday and experiences that we wanted. We were a little apprehensive because of the worldwide problem of Coronavirus and the area we were travelling to. However we received excellent service when problems arose with homebound flights. Flights were cancelled and Sam managed to book seats on a flight from your end which reduced our anxiety while being out in the Far East. We were well prepared and well-read beforehand so knew which sights and experiences we wanted to do. It perhaps would be better to travel when there was not a viral epidemic, although this proved in our favour as many areas were very quiet particularly in Hong Kong.

We found everyone at RB Collection to be professional from our first contact. We visited numerous other local travel agencies but were unsuccessful in finding any that could organize our trip properly. They helped plan the holiday down to checking the restaurants to ensure that our teenage son would enjoy the meals, recommending activities and always remaining within our budget. Very friendly welcome at the Annebelle Hotel in Paphos. Excellent room with large balcony with view over hotel pool and the sea.
The RB team seem to understand our requirements for a peaceful holiday with places with historical interest.
We are not beach people but still like to have hotel accommodation close to the sea with good views. RB specify this on their request for us and we have never been disappointed.

Nathan & Clare helped us decide what type of holiday we wanted based on the time of year as well as where, taking into account the weather at the various locations around the world we were considering. We would certainly recommend them!
Before we went we were notified by the airline that on of our flights had been cancelled which meant there was a longer lay over until the next flight. The same day we went into RB’s office to see what options we had and found that they had already negotiated a hotel for the night, great!
The safari at Ol Seki Hemingways Mara was wonderful, the accommodation, food and attention given to us could not be faulted.

All arrangements ran smoothly from start to finish. Being surrounded by so much history (including the ground floor of our hotel!) was so special as was the glorious weather. We had a superb guide for Colisseum / Forum/ Palatine Hill tour. I would recommend pre-booking all visits to avoid the queues. We have used RB Collection for many years, for holidays “big” and “small” and always found the service personal, friendly and helpful. As always a personal service with attention to detail. Particularly pleased that Sam suggested and arranged our Papal audience.

Thank you for organising our holiday we’ve had a fabulous time. The Maradiva in the Maldives was a fabulous place the people there are really friendly and helpful you couldn’t fault it. Great food, pool beach and villa. Darrell & Chris had great birthdays they made sure we had everything we asked for organisation brilliant.
The Grosvenor House in Dubai is also a great hotel. They upgraded us to a suite 😊. They surprised Daz with a cake and a bottle of wine 🍷 then we ate at the sister hotel and surprised with another cake.
