Client report: Singapore & Hong Kong
17.02.20 | Sam CooperDespite all the negative reports in the press regarding travel to Asia, two of my loyal clients continued with their trip to Singapore & Hong Kong in February of this year much to their delight. We continued to monitor the situation before they travelled and whilst they were away. Mrs Speight even sent me a few updates with photos during their trip and I was pleased to read they were having a great time.
This week I received the below feedback which I was really pleased about so thought I would share it with you.
‘Sam Cooper organised the complete holiday and experiences that we wanted. We were a little apprehensive because of the worldwide problem of Coronavirus and the area we were travelling to. However we received excellent service when problems arose with homebound flights. Flights were cancelled and Sam managed to book seats on a flight from your end which reduced our anxiety while being out in the Far East.
We were well prepared and well-read beforehand so knew which sights and experiences we wanted to do. It perhaps would be better to travel when there was not a viral epidemic, although this proved in our favour as many areas were very quiet particularly in Hong Kong.

The travel consultant is able to organise many different venues and experience, they use contacts and companies within many different countries. They use experienced and good quality travel connections.’
