Kasbah Tamadot
The Kasbah Tamadot stands in amazing terraced gardens which only serve to enhance the natural beauty of the hotel’s surroundings.
Each of the 28 guestrooms and suites are individually decorated with local rugs and traditional tiles. The rooms also feature unique items and furniture from the private collection of the former owner.
Suites include a Deluxe Suite with or without a private pool and a three bedroomed Master Suite. The nine luxury Tented Suites are perched on the hillside, overlooking the valley, five with a hot tub on their deck, all in a wonderful location and all benefit from the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. All rooms are air-conditioned with complimentary mini-bar.
The Kasbah Tamadot is the perfect destination in both winter and summer. The hotel has a cosy bar and library with roaring fires in the colder months while come summer, the fragrant gardens come into their own. Guests can also immerse themselves in Moroccan cuisine with a cookery lesson using produce from the local area. If you want something a little more relaxing, you can us the Asounfou spa and try a traditional hammam treatment.

The lush surroundings of Kasbah Tamadot in the Atlas Mountains made for a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. I enjoyed using the hotel as a luxury base to explore the mountains which offer great hiking opportunities.
