The Liassidi Palace is a beautiful former palace that has been restored and is now one of Venice’s best small boutique hotels. Located on a quiet side street, yet only a five-minute walk from St Mark’s Square, it offers a delightful position from which to explore this fabulous city. The 26 rooms have a traditional style with some modern twists.
Nathan’s view: The hotel has its own landing platform, so you can arrive in style on-board your own water taxi, and my personal favourite part of the property was the outdoor courtyard filled with lemon and jasmine tress, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or pre-dinner glass of prosecco.
A unique, boutique 26-room hotel which combines classic Venetian style with modern luxury, housed in a restored Gothic palace. Set in a quiet corner of the historic city, yet only five minutes’ walk from St Mark’s Square, this hotel offers a great base to explore the city. We really love the outdoor courtyard where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or pre-dinner glass of prosecco.
