Middle East Update
RB HQDear RB Family,
We are saddened to see the events unfold in the Middle East and our thoughts are with our friends and colleagues on the ground who have been impacted. We have proactively contacted all clients with trips planned within the next two weeks to, or via the region.
Everyone is safe and this week clients continued holidays to the Indian Ocean and Malaysia on direct flights, as well as Florence, Sweden, Canada, Cape Verde and Denmark. Whilst there is disruption in the Middle East, holidays are continuing elsewhere.
Yesterday we also confirmed a few wonderful trips to Vietnam, Sweden and a summer cruise around the Med. Thank you to those clients who continued to confirm their trips and for those who called with new enquiries.
We appreciate events such as these bring increased concern about travel. We have extensive experience of handling disruption so please be assured if you have a trip booked with us, you are in good hands.
If you are due to travel to the affected areas with us beyond two weeks from today please bear with us whilst we investigate options and contact clients in departure date order. There is no need to contact us, we will contact you as soon as we have an update. Part of our service is to ensure you are well looked after before, during and after travel so do not worry, we are here for you.
