24.07.20 | Nathan & OliverToday is the first ever National Travel Agent Day UK! It has certainly been a roller coaster few months but finally travel is re-starting and we’re excited that our clients will soon be jetting off on their summer holidays.
We stand alongside our industry colleagues as we start a new and more positive chapter. We look forward to adapting our service, enhancing our knowledge and creating many more wonderful holiday memories in the not too distant future.
Thanks to all our clients for their continued support and understanding when things don’t quite go to plan. We’ll always make ourselves both available to anyone who needs us, for professional advice, support or just a chat.
We would like to give a specific mention to our agent associations, Elite and AITO, who have been a great support over the last few months. As a small business, it has been vital to have these professional organisations available to us.
Hopefully, more will recognise the merit of booking with an independent travel agency and our sector will come out this stronger than ever. It will no doubt take time, but we are firmly committed to the long haul and finally feel energised once again and ready for whatever comes next.
