21.03.25 | NathanA destination that has been on our radar for a few years now, for its stunning natural beauty, quieter resorts, rich history, easy access and high quality luxury hotels is Montenegro. This year we are investing in the destination further as Nathan will be visiting in June to inspect the One&Only Portonovi in Kotor Bay amongst others.
The area is a great alternative to the Italian Lakes which we have found to be very expensive and over crowded at peak times in recent years. Do consider Montenegro instead, we are sure you won’t be disappointed.

This is a favourite of our clients who appreciate a property on the flat with restaurants and amenities close by. Set on the palm-in a stunning yacht marina, this 87 room, 5 star hotel is the perfect location for Kotar, Perez and Tivat. It is a modern hotel with great views over the marina and a wide selection of room types and amenities’. Our personal tip for this area is to jump on a boat trip round the bay to Kotor, a very beautiful historic village, easily accessible by road transfer too.
