Day 1: Travel to Antequera
You begin you Andalucían adventure with a flight to Malaga. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel for the next seven nights, the spectacular 4-Star Parador de Antequera. This modern oasis is set within luscious rolling parkland in the centre of the city

Day 2: Spent at leisure 

Day 3: Seville 
Today you can enjoy an excursion to stunning Seville, a sun-baked city that, legend has it, was founded by Hercules. You will tour some of the city’s sights, which include the Palaza Espana, a majestic architectural complex built for the Ibero-American Exposition in 1929. The Reales Alcázares de Sevilla is also a beautiful sight to behold, boasting of several different architectural styles from Islamic Moorish to Gothic.

Day 4: Spent at leisure 

Day 5: Cordoba
Today you will embark on an excursion to Cordoba, a famous ancient city that was once the largest metropolis in Western Europe. On arrival, take a guided tour of the city’s main attractions, including the famous 8th century Mezquita, or Mosque, that was re-consecrated as a cathedral in the 13th century. You will also see the sprawling Juderia – Cordoba’s Jewish Quarter, also set in the Old Town a few minutes away from the Mezquita.

Day 6: Spent at leisure

Day 7: Granada and the Alhambra Palace
The excursion to Granada begins with a visit to the stunning Alhambra Palace. Built in the 14th century, the Alhambra, literally ‘the red castle’, is a fortress, palace and small town all rolled into one. The stunning whitewashed building was once called ‘a pearl set amongst emeralds’ by Moorish poets, and here you can see wonderful examples of Moorish Islamic architecture. Beside the Alhambra are the breathtaking Generalife Gardens, which cover the whole summit of the hill on which the Alhambra is set.

Day 8: Return to London
After breakfast you will transfer back to Malaga Airport for the flight back to the UK.
