These are unprecedented times we find ourselves in and we would like to thank all our clients for their understanding whilst we deal with affected bookings. It is not exactly how we expected to celebrate our 36th year in business, but you can relax knowing you are in professional hands and we will continue to take care of you and your requirements.

Office now open! (By appointment)
Our retail area is now open by appointment only (click here to book). You can still call us on 01543 258631, email or message us via our social media channels. Our opening hours are 0900-1700hrs, Monday to Friday (closed weekends and bank holidays).

We have provided the below information to help put your mind at rest that you are in good hands. The whole industry is working with a hugely reduced work force and so the normal speeds at which tasks can be actioned can be much slower than we would like. We are very grateful therefore for your patience in advance.

New bookings
We are open as usual for new bookings and so feel free to contact us via our normal channels. Many trips are now also on sale for 2022 and even some in 2023 too!

Existing bookings
Holidays abroad have now resumed (read more here on our Travel Updates page).

Balance payments
As holidays have now resumed your holiday balance is due on the date already given. Should your holiday be affected by any unforeseen disruption we will keep you updated.

Consumer Advice
As a member of ABTA, we are following their advice regarding protecting consumer rights, supporting the industry and our business so we can best serve you in the future.
