This are unprecedented times we find ourselves in and we would like to thank all our clients for their understanding whilst we deal with affected bookings. It is not exactly how we expected to celebrate our 35th year in business, but you can relax knowing you are in professional hands and we will continue to take care of you and your requirements.
Our retail area is closed to the public, but we are busy working behind the scenes. To do this as efficiently as possible we have adjusted our trading hours to 0900-1700hrs, Monday to Friday (closed weekends and bank holidays).

We have provided the below information to help put your mind at rest that you are in good hands. The whole industry is working with a hugely reduced work force and so the normal speeds at which tasks can be actioned are much slower than we would like. We are very grateful therefore for your patience.

If you have booked a holiday with us, you can relax knowing that you are in safe hands and we will contact you to discuss the options open to you. There is no need to contact us, we are working through departures in date order and will contact you as soon as we have an update for you.
We are currently working around 2-4 weeks ahead of departure and we thank you for your patience. The point at which we have an update can vary depending on airline or tour operator.
If you are due to make a payment to us for a future holiday, there is no need to contact us. We will contact you on or before the due date with an update. The date the balance is due to be paid will most likely be put back so we can wait further information regarding your holiday.
As a member of ABTA, we are following their advice regarding protecting consumer rights, supporting the industry and our business so we can best serve you in the future. If you have a holiday booked with us we kindly ask you read their consumer advice page here. This is updated on a regular basis. You can also access the FCO travel advice page here.
We are open as usual for new bookings and so feel free to contact us via our normal channels. We will soon also be offering video call meetings so we can discuss new trips in more detail.
