These are unprecedented times we find ourselves in and we would like to thank all our clients for their understanding whilst we deal with affected bookings. It is not exactly how we expected to celebrate our 36th year in business, but you can relax knowing you are in professional hands and we will continue to take care of you and your requirements.
Our retail area is currently closed to the public during the current national lockdown, however you can still call us on 01543 258631, email or message us via our social media channels. Our opening hours are 0900-1700hrs, Monday to Friday (closed weekends and bank holidays).

We have provided the below information to help put your mind at rest that you are in good hands. The whole industry is working with a hugely reduced work force and so the normal speeds at which tasks can be actioned can be much slower than we would like. We are very grateful therefore for your patience in advance.

We are open as usual for new bookings and so feel free to contact us via our normal channels. The positive vaccine news means more clients are now starting to plan holidays for later in the year. Many trips are now also on sale for 2022 and even some in 2023 too!
If you have booked a holiday with us, you can relax knowing that you are in safe hands and we will contact you to discuss the options. The government has now confirmed international travel will continue to be restricted until 17th May 2021.
When holidays do resume, a traffic light system will be used (read more here).
Decisions regarding the cancellation of holidays due to government advice depends on the holiday booked. For example, cruise lines make decisions quite far in advance whereas some airlines up to 2 weeks before departure.
We will contact you should your holiday be affected and are currently working around 4 weeks ahead of departure and we thank you for your patience. The point at which we have an update can vary depending on cruise company, airline or tour operator.
We will contact you to discuss the options regarding payment of final balances on the date these are due if not before. If you wish to proceed on your holiday if permitted, balance payments need to be made by their due date.
